Chikoo Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 2 solar dehydrated chikoos
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Soak the solar dehydrated chikoos in water for 30 minutes, then blend with frozen banana, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced fresh fruit, granola, and chia seeds.

Chikoo Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • 2 solar dehydrated chikoos
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Soak the solar dehydrated chikoos in water for 30 minutes, then blend with milk, sugar, and cardamom powder until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

Chikoo Paratha

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 solar dehydrated chikoos
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for cooking
Instructions:
  • Soak the solar dehydrated chikoos in water for 30 minutes, then mash them into a pulp.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and solar dehydrated chikoo pulp. Mix well.
  • Add water as needed to make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll out into thin parathas.
  • Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the parathas on both sides, brushing with oil as needed.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
