Jamun Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 solar dehydrated jamun slices, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
  • Blend the soaked solar dehydrated jamun slices, banana, milk, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.

Jamun Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2-3 solar dehydrated jamun slices, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, and honey until well combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
  • Stir in the chopped solar dehydrated jamun slices and serve chilled.

Jamun Porridge

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:
