Lemon Water

Ingredients:
  • Squeeze the juice of half a solar dehydrated lemon into a glass of warm water.
  • Add a tablespoon of honey and stir well.

Lemon Yogurt

Ingredients:
  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of solar dehydrated lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt
Instructions:
  • Top with chopped nuts and fresh fruits of your choice.
  • Serve chilled.

Lemon Rice

Ingredients:
  • In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil
  • add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • When they start to splutter, add 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped solar dehydrated lemon, and a pinch of turmeric powder.
Instructions:
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and add cooked rice to the pan.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
