Amla Powder Recipes

Easy healthy recipes using Solar dehydrated amla powder.

Amla juice

Ingredients:
  • Mix 1 tsp of amla powder with 1 cup of water and a tablespoon of honey.
  • Stir well and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

Amla chutney

Ingredients:
  • Mix 1 tbsp of amla powder with chopped coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, and salt to taste.
  • Grind everything together in a mixer until smooth.
  • Serve as a dip with snacks.

Amla pickle

Ingredients:
  • Mix 1 tbsp of amla powder with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and mustard oil.
  • Add chopped amla pieces and mix well.
  • Keep the mixture in a sterilized jar for a few days before using.
