Curry leaves chutney

Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh coconut, 1/2 cup of roasted chana dal, 1/4 cup of tamarind paste, 1/4 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of solar dehydrated curry leaves powder.
  • Blend until smooth and serve as a dip or spread.

Curry leaves rice

Ingredients:
  • Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions.
  • In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of solar dehydrated curry leaves powder and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.

Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of solar dehydrated curry leaves powder.
  • Blend until smooth and serve chilled.
