Bitter Gourd Powder Recipes

Easy healthy recipes using Solar dehydrated bitter gourd powder.

Bitter gourd juice

Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of chopped bitter gourd, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of solar dehydrated bitter gourd powder.
  • Blend until smooth and strain the juice.
  • Add honey or stevia to taste and serve chilled.

Bitter gourd stir-fry

Ingredients:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  • Add 1 cup of chopped bitter gourd and sauté until tender.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of solar dehydrated bitter gourd powder.
  • Mix well and serve hot with rice or chapati.

Bitter gourd chips

Ingredients:
  • Slice bitter gourd thinly and sprinkle with salt.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse with water.
  • Pat dry the slices and coat with 1 teaspoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of solar dehydrated bitter gourd powder.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
