Mint Leaves Powder Recipes

Easy healthy recipes using Solar dehydrated mint leaves powder.

Mint tea

Ingredients:
  • Add 1 teaspoon of solar dehydrated mint leaves powder to a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.

Mint chutney

Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of solar dehydrated mint leaves powder, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped tomato, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth and serve as a condiment with snacks or meals.

Mint and cucumber raita

Ingredients:
  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber, 1 tablespoon of solar dehydrated mint leaves powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve as a side dish with rice or curry.
