Easy healthy recipes using Solar dehydrated Tulsi powder.

Tulsi tea

Ingredients:
  • Add 1 teaspoon of solar dehydrated Tulsi powder to a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.

Tulsi-ginger tea

Ingredients:
  • In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of solar dehydrated Tulsi powder and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.

Tulsi rice

Ingredients:
  • Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions.
  • In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic until tender.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of solar dehydrated Tulsi powder and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked rice and stir well to combine.
