Guava Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 solar dehydrated guava slices, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
  • Soak the solar dehydrated guava slices in water for 30 minutes, then blend with frozen banana, milk, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.

Guava Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 solar dehydrated guava slices, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring the rolled oats and water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.

Instructions:

  • Layer the chopped solar dehydrated guava slices and granola in a bowl or jar, alternating with the yogurt mixture.
  • Serve chilled.
